Photography Agreement

By signing below, I agree to give full creative license to Sarah Haas to document my family in the way that she sees fit.  I consent to have photos taken of myself, spouse or partner, and children.  I understand that these photos will be of a lifestyle and documentary approach.  Life by Haas (Sarah or Matt Haas) will maintain full copyright of all images, and will have the freedom to use any image taken during our session.  This includes but is not limited to social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), websites, and ads.

I agree to have my first name, my partner or spouse' first name, and my children's first names shared along with photos.

I will not edit or alter images in anyway, including Instagram filters, etc.  I will give credit to Life by Haas when sharing any images online.
